Refund policy

Since the majority of our products/kits are "made-to-order", Vegas Carts & Performance does NOT accept returns, all sales are final once the order has been fulfilled in our system!

Cancellations:

Order cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee of the refund amount, unless funds are applied to another order or used as store credit.

Customers Responsibilities:

1. You are responsible for what you order. If you have an EZGO and you order a kit/part for a Yamaha because you failed to identify exactly what vehicle you had, you are 100% responsible for all costs related to switching out the kit. We are always glad to help with the identification process but you still bear the responsibility of making the final decision to order based on your own due diligence.

2. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

3. You are responsible for proper installation of the product, we cannot honor a warranty or return on a product if it was installed improperly. 

Exceptions:

1. We made a mistake on your order.
2. You want to exchange and/or upgrade a product that you haven't opened.

Exchanges must have email approval before being sent back! Customers are responsible for all packing and postage of their exchange, unless a mistake was made on our end. 

It should be noted that we do not guarantee fitment on individual parts or for applications other than what the product was designed for.
