NO! The reversing mechanism is built into the golf carts transaxle on all 4-stroke golf carts. This is also the reason we do not sell kits for 2-stroke golf carts.

If you need to identify a specific golf carts year and model, we have compiled a few links to other sites below for each brand of cart that will help you identify exactly what you have.

Click the Make of your cart below (if you don't know the make, look at all 3):

EZGO

Club Car

Yamaha

The Predator 420/459 DO NOT require lift kits, they are actually designed for carts that are NOT lifted.

All V-Twin engines kits DO require lift kits because the engines are much taller.

We do sell lift kits! Visit https://cartdaddy.us

Express orders must be placed by 3pm EST (Eastern Time) Monday - Thursday in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed AFTER 3pm on Thursdays will not be fulfilled until the following Monday.

All orders $199 and over REQUIRE a direct signature, there are no exceptions! Please make sure you ship to an address where somebody will be available to sign for your package.

UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us, you will be charged additional shipping if we have to ship your order twice.

We can only ship to PO Boxes for USPS deliveries, or on orders under $199. UPS Express shipments do not fall under that category, and an alternate address must be provided.

All orders can be cancelled or modified as long as they have not yet been fulfilled in our system, however there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the order.

It is your responsibility to double check your order and shipping address, as we cannot modify the consignee once the order has been fulfilled.

We will take full responsibility for shipping damage and provide a replacement product/part as long as you contact us within 48hrs of receiving your package. Email info@vegascarts.com to report shipping damage.

It is your responsibility to hold onto the box your items were shipped in! If for some reason your kit needs to be shipped back, it will need to be shipped in its original packaging. If you've the box out, you will be responsible for purchasing adequate packing materials to have it shipped back in.

Packages that are refused will incur a reshipment fee at the original cost of shipping. In the event of damage, DO NOT refuse the shipment as that prevents us from filing a damage claim with the carrier.

Our automated system will notify you via email or SMS (depending on how you placed your order) once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to track it and coordinate delivery.

WE DO NOT SELL OR SERVICE ANY PARTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA.

This is due to the difficulty in dealing with foreign customs and the inability to service products sold outside of our shipping service area.

Customers who purchase products and re-direct them internationally will automatically assume liability for all shipping costs and duties/customs fees for warranty or replacement parts as we will only ship to an address within the United States.

The tracking numbers are generated automatically in our order system as soon as the shipment has been packaged and labeled, which is when you get the tracking email from us. HOWEVER, UPS & USPS will not show any info on the order until their driver has picked up the package from our dock and it begins to travel. Check back in a few hours and you should see updated tracking info.

We are NOT Amazon Prime! On average, an order will ship out within 7 business days. Please be patient, as we are a small business and most of our products are made to order, or made in small batches at our Jacksonville, Florida manufacturing facility. We do our best to get orders out in a timely manor. Normal shipping time frame for one of our kits is 1-2 weeks from the time the order was placed.

Please do not email/call every day asking if your order has been shipped, as this does not make the process go any faster, it just slows us down. If you are in a hurry or need your items within a few days, we offer express shipping on our website. Express orders will get put to the front of the line, but they can be expensive.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped out, or if there has been a delay in shipping. There are a few times a year when we are completely overwhelmed and it does take a solid 3-4 weeks to ship. We will notify you an ETA in that case.

These kits are for mechanically inclined individuals with experience! If you do not believe you will be able to properly install our kit, please have a golf cart mechanic with gas carts experience, do it for you! This will prevent a lot of headache and wasted time. If you do decide to install yourself, please visit our website for the instructions!

All of the instruction manuals are listed on http://www.VegasCarts.com/help. You'll need to select the kit you ordered. We do not include instructions with the orders because we revise them too frequently. If you are still having issues with the install, or you have a question for one of our techs, please email us at info@vegascarts.com. One of our technicians will respond in the order the email was received. Please do not respond to the shipping email with technical or fitment related questions, as they are not trained to answer them.

Please inspect your order when it is delivered! If you have received a package from us, and it comes in damaged, or seems to be missing parts, please send our shipping team an email within 48 hours of receiving the package! Vegas Carts will not honor any claims made after the 48 hours is up. Your conversion kit is insured and under warranty from the day you receive the package. It is crucial that we are notified of any damages or missing pieces upon arrival so we can work to correct the issue. Please send pictures of your damaged item to info@vegascarts.com, along with any box damage that may have occurred.

We take pictures of all items before they're shipped out! If you are missing something, please make sure you've opened every box and bag that came with your order. 9 times out of 10 parts are mistakenly thrown out with the trash because they were too lightweight or too small to notice all mixed up in the packing material. If you are still unable to find the missing pieces, email our team and they'll take care of it for you.

In the event that you've purchased the wrong conversion kit or parts from us, please email the shipping department (info@vegascarts.com) as soon as possible to have this corrected.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to Vegas Carts, and will be charged a 20% restocking fee if the items are used, damaged, or need to be re-powder coated. If the items have not been used and show no signs of wear, it will just be a simple swap out.
